teeny tiny sweetness

**updated update ~ the little girl has one sponsor and the little boy is now fully sponsored (thank you Jenny, Rachel and Carrie!) YAY!! Both will soon have an American name as well. You may still sponsor the little girl, as each child needs two sponsors :) **

I’d like to introduce you to two adorable, and teeny tiny, people. Two little ones who very recently arrived at the Special Care Unit at An Orphan’s Wish.

I’d tell you their names, but neither of them has a name.

Yet.

This little guy is 6 weeks old. His special need is cleft lip and palate.

He not only needs a name, he needs to be sponsored.

If you’d like to sponsor this little guy’s care at An Orphan’s Wish Special Care Unit, you’ll also get the opportunity to choose his ‘American’ name.

Just think of it. The knowledge that a child was named and sponsored in honor of a very special someone. That would make an incredibly unique and profound Christmas gift.

Next I’d like to introduce you to this sweet little girl.

She is just one month old and also needs a name of her own has one sponsor and will soon have a name! But she still needs one more sponsor.

If you’re interested in sponsoring either of these sweethearts, follow the directions below. If you have any questions, please email me at aowclubfoot@gmail.com.

Once your sponsorship has been set up, I’ll contact you to give you the chance to choose your newly sponsored child’s American name! I had the chance to name and sponsor a little one at An Orphan’s Wish, and I can tell you first hand, it’s an incredibly special opportunity.

To sponsor a child, click here.
Choose “$30″ and click “ongoing gift”
Then choose “Special Care Unit Child” to designate the specific fund
Add “for the new baby girl” or “new baby boy” in the “special note” section
Then fill out the remainder of the form to complete your sponsorship.

And we’ll do the rest!

P.S. The only stipulation in choosing your sponsored child’s name is that it is not a name that currently belongs to a child at An Orphan’s Wish. To meet all the kiddos, visit here.

I've been meaning to set up an ongoing sponsorship of one of those little kiddos….so when I saw that sweet little girls face, I jumped right over there to do so. Thanks for the reminder…nudge. ;)

    Is Adorable an appropriate name?

Yea!!! I just signed up to help sponsor the little boy! My heart is for the cleft-affected, and he is just adorable!!! ;)

Thanks, Stefanie, for making this need known! Our daughter was sponsored while in China, and we have recently made contact with a couple of the sponsor families. We are so excited to take this on in our own family now!
