when east meets south
It’s been three months since we came home with our girl.
I love the first moments, days and weeks in this journey called adoption.
But there is something so wondrous about turning around…
and realizing it feels like she has always been a part of our family.
Linking up with my friend Lisa’s Favorite Photo Fridays.
That second picture is absolutely killing me, what a beauty she is an I can see total firecracker in her – I think that’s what you first called her, 3 months ago!
Have a great weekend!
Oh, these are great. I love the one of them drinking from the sprinkler. Too too cute!
That second pic is hysterical! Your family is so beautiful Stefanie.
3 months already! It really does feel like she has always been in your family! Made for each other, I reckon!
Oh…LOOK at her! Yep, when I come visit here and see her….even I don’t remember when she WASNT part of your gorgeous gang! Love that sweet, mischievous “all in, Baby” face! You’re little whirling dervish….I know she’s keeping you on tip toes!
I love to see her settling in…and even more so I love the sprinker drinking photo of sweet Poppy…who seems to be blooming right before our eyes as well. Such blessed days.
She is so darling! I remember you writing from China that she talked up a storm in Chinese. Does she say much in English? And what about her singing? Has she learned some American songs?
You catch the cutest moments with your camera. I love seeing how much fun your kids have with that sprinkler. Talulla’s belly in is so cute in that bikini. It looks like mine. lol
You capture the best candids!!!! And that last one….you can see the spark in those beautiful eyes!!
Can’t believe it’s been 3 months…
love all the sister shots!
I have a quick question for you – are you on squarespace? I think you are . . . I was just wondering what code you used to get your posts to be smaller (ie: your first two posts are expanded and the rest are not on your pages). I am also on squarespace and would LOVE this coding – I have never been able to figure this out! THanks! email@example.com Teresa
if I can, you can.
