Sunday Snapshot :: weekly winner 3

Some favorites from this week’s Sunday Snapshot.

And yes, there are six… honestly, there were so many great pictures this week. I simply could not whittle my list of favorites down any further.

So six it is.

From Jen at Baseballs to Bows

Matt at

Erica at Expatria, Baby

Brooke at Heart and Seoul

Kate at And So We Wait

And Lisa at My Life, My Camera, My Memories.

My most favorite-y favorite for this week is from Lisa. It’s a super creative idea and Lisa executed it beautifully! And her kids, well… they should consider acting.

Bravo, Lisa. Your picture will be entered into this month’s Sunday Snapshot post, along with the other weekly winners.

The August winner – selected by y’all – will receive a copy of my favorite photography book: Photographically Speaking.

If your photo was featured today, feel free to grab this button for some blog swag. If you like blog swag.

Hope to see y’all on Sunday!

  1. Oh my heavens! That photo of Lisa’s is SO cute!! So excited to have been chosen as a favorite this week! I literally gasped when I saw my photo-I was VERY shocked! Thanks for the fun Stephanie!! 😀 xoxo Brooke

  2. Great choices once again. I’m sure it was hard. I certainly said wow on these when I first saw them.

  3. They are all beautiful, and I really do like Lisa’s photo. We have a large amount of blacktop in our area that I use to make chalk photos. They’re so fun to create, and the kids really enjoy it! Win, win! In fact, I used a chalk creation for our daughter’s birthday invites this year. Yeah for inexpensive props! =)

  4. Stefanie,

I am a long time reader, but have rarely posted a comment. We adopted in 2005 and 2008. We leave TODAY for China to get our third. just wanted to let you know that your blog inspired me to take the plunge into the world of SN adoptions. We are adopting a little girl who was born with a club foot as a result of your blog. I Just found out that she was the first AOW baby to graduate from House of Love following the Ponsetti Method. Just thought you might like to know how your blog influenced our last minute move out of the NSN line. Thanks for the inspiration!

Wow! And after visiting your blog, I know exactly the little one you’re bringing home! She is absolutely precious! I hope you’ve been in contact with AOW… if not, email
Congratulations and blessings on your trip!

  5. All beautiful pictures but I agree with your final pic, Stephanie – it’s such a fun shot!

  6. Oh my goodness!! We were away on vacation last week and just returned to such a pleasant surprise!!!! Thank you so much Stephanie for choosing our photo, I am so excited and giddy all over! Also, thank you to all who have stopped by my blog as well! As for the kiddos……..oh yes……they are very good actors. LOL!
