what they do.

They love kids.

Kids without a mom and a dad.

Kids with special needs.

And they love them well.

Meeting not only their day-to-day needs as well as their often-times complex medical needs, but their emotional needs, too.

And that’s not a task for the faint of heart.

Last year An Orphan’s Wish loved and served 28 kids in the CP/Residential Unit.

21 kids in the Clubfoot Unit.

And 21 kids in the Special Care Unit.

That’s a lot of love.

I wanted to share these pictures with y’all, which were part of An Orphan’s Wish Year End Report. Because, with the support of people like you, they were able to do some truly phenomenal things. For some incredibly special kids.

And because – when I read through it – it made me smile. Big-hearted people loving and serving the least of these. Nothing more beautiful than that.

Fill Their Stockings even got a mention in the report. So cool. To everyone who donated, participated and joined in our efforts, I hope seeing these pictures and reading the Year End Report feels like a big ol’ hug.

You done good.

  1. Such a wonderful charity.
    Love those precious little faces.

  2. Thank you for sharing these precious children with us. I wish that Canadian families had an easier time to adopt. With the wait times, we are at month 63 since LID. We would gladly bring many of these children home.

    • Kim, I don’t know if you will read this, but we are Canadian and are on our 4th adoption in 5 years. We’ve adopted kids just like those in the photos! Feel free to email me: learningtogetherathome@gmail.com Every family has their own journey, but I wouldn’t want you to be uninformed. :)
