Movin’ up

Since we decided to adopt again, we had to trade in the Honda Odyssey we bought in 2004 in anticipation of having 5 children. At that time we thought a 7 seat vehicle would do us right for the long haul. Well, God had other plans.

Soooo, as soon as Chris came home, we headed over to our local Honda dealer and traded in our 2004 for a 2006 Honda Odyssey. And all I can say is “WOW!” As soon as I sat in the leather seat and grabbed the padded steering wheel, I knew I was in LOVE.

Seriously, if you haven’t been in one of these vehicles, you should check it out. They get 30 mpg on the highway and are super sweet in the inside: leather, DVD… the works.

I know it’s still a minivan, but it is one sweet minivan. One that this mom doesn’t mind driving. Now all we need is our precious Sophie to put in the 8th seat…
