It’s official

Our house is now on the market. We spent the last few weeks doing all those things we should have done in the last six months. Honestly, since Isabelle has come home, there is no time for such trivial things as home improvement. Chris took a week off and between the two of us, we got the house ready enough to allow strangers in to look around. I must admit being a little anxious about putting our house up for sale. After all, your house is a very personal expression of who you are as a person and a family. We have changed the entire interior of this house, down to refinishing the old hardwood floors. And it is quite an emotional thing as I have loved this house from the first time I saw it. It has been wonderful living here and we have many happy memories in this house. But we know that God has such amazing things planned for us, He’s the one who brought us to this house, so we trust that He’ll continue to care for us in the future.
