An exchange between sisters

The girls have really begun to become sisters. They play well together, often both running the same direction, both holding half of the same toy, headed back to their room to play.

Lately they’ve become buddies in the lounging department also. Both of the girls are active and love to play. But when they’re all played out, or just need a mini siesta, they grab their pillows and juice cups (don’t tell my dentist) and catch a TV show on the floor of the living room.

I didn’t set any of this up, the girls placed their pillows just so, and Sophie came to me hollering for her juice cup, so I followed her out of the kitchen and here’s what I saw.

Isabelle actually smiled today when I said “cheese” and was giggling and talking the whole time. Sophie was wondering what I was doing, but in her laid back way, she tolerated me hovering and snapping pics.

Then Belle turned to Sophie and reached out to stroke her cheek. How blessed I feel to witness such an endearing exchange between my girls.

Between sisters.

I love following your sweet girls, Stephanie! We’re waiting to travel for our 28 mo. old heart baby!

I loved the fabric in the pillows too- what is it? I can see some sewing projects to help with the wait might be in order with fabric that darling!

    Best,
    Antinette

    Hey beautiful,

Great job as always on the updates. I’m reading them after my sim and it is 3 a.m. here. Looks like Bellie wants a kiss in the one pic. Thanks, as always, for keeping me in the loop!

    I LOVE YOU — me
