My mom, sister and her kids came down on Friday to spend the night. Four years ago, we all got together and let the kids make gingerbread houses out of graham crackers, icing and various candies.
We decided to do it again this year, except this time there were three new participants. Very willing participants, I must say.
Tori helped Asher build his, but he played supervisor and let her do all the hard work.
I helped Dalton build his, and he did all the decorating.
Angie helped Avery and Dane build theirs.
Sophie wasn’t too interested in getting her hands messy with the icing, but she sure enjoyed eating the M&Ms.
Isabelle, amazingly, didn’t destroy anything and actually did a great job adding sprinkles to Dalton’s house. She decided she enjoyed the eating part over the decorating part, her favorite being the marshmallows.
