Thanks to Bakerella’s awesome idea, we got a little crafty around here on Easter. Since my kids didn’t actually see the pictures over on Bakerella’s blog, they were satisfied with mom’s on-the-fly substitutions: plain ol’ foil instead of festive cupcake liners, boxed cake mix instead of homemade and, well, my pictures instead of Bakerella’s. Sorry kids. What you don’t know won’t hurt you.

Avonela just saw this and said…I want THAT! Guess she will have to wait until next year π
Oh, these are just adorable!! What a good idea – and even more fun than Bakerella’s Why wait?? Use up that leftover Easter candy, and let the kids bring them to school for a special Spring treat!!
Oh my gosh, those kiddos are darn cute!! And your photography, incredible!!!
Oh and the cupcakes look delicious too. π
Cute idea. The kids all look like they were having a great time! Adorable!
Very cute and yummy!!
Oh my goodness, how adorable! Thank you for making me smile! Great idea.
DARLING!! I want oney?
What a GREAT idea! Maybe next year I will have to try that with my kiddos, hopefully all 5 of them! I love the picture of Shepard with green allover his face.
Ooooh, those look yummy! Thanks for the idea.

So cute! Jude hates cupcakes?
Why?? He likes cake right? I think I remember you posting his Thomas cake…or was that Shepherd’s? Sorry!
Josiah doesn’t like peanut butter OR french fries, despite our many efforts to “Americanize” him! π
Each child is unique!
My oldest (biological) won’t eat most veggies despite the fact that his father and I eat them ALL! What’s up with that?
(sigh)
Love the pictures…as always!
Looks like a wonderful and tasty time!
What a fun & cute activity. Looks like it was a hit!
Those were a great idea. I like it.
So cute!! Thanks for a great idea for May day!! Somehow I can turn that into flower baskets…right??
BTW, just ordered my first shirt and can not wait to get it!!!
Next year I’m coming to your house.
LOVE these!!! Kiara saw the pics & said, "Momma, let's do THAT! RIGHT NOW!!!" lol!!
Looks like the kids had lots of fun too! Great photos!
Cuuute!!!
Ok, can your kids get any cuter??? So darn precious!
Hugs,
Amy
SO cute!! What festive little baskets and precious little kiddos! Happy Easter!!
Those are so cute..I can hardly wait till next Easter to make them:)
How cute! And I love the look of suger induced bliss on all of those adorable little faces.
Gin =)
What a great idea! The kids did a wonderful job. Isabelle and I share the same tastes – I’d try to fit as much solid milk chocolate on mine as possible, too! π
Great pictures of your adorable kiddos, Stefanie.
Adorable, adorable, adorable! Those all look amazing:)
I contemplated making the cupcakes as well for my student at school, but I could not find the green suger that Bakerella used so I didn’t do them. Ended up making the chick cake balls. Didn’t think to use plain ole sugar. DUH!!!!
How FUN!! π
I love good family days!!!
OML these are awsome. I miss baking these days life gets so busy.
Blessings
