Sunday Snapshot: {togetherness}

I tried.

That’s about all I can say.

Six weeks home with Vivi and this is my first attempt to get a picture of all the kiddos.

Well, not all the kiddos. All them, minus the two oldest.

The weather is outrageously beautiful. 60 and sunny. No excuse not to get outside and give it our best effort.

But the Sprite and the McDonald’s combined with several hours spent shopping conspired against me.

And my camera.

Isabelle was clearly irritated.

And Jude was distracted.

And Shepherd and Vivi were completely uninterested.

But there they are. All together.

And if I squint, they all look happy.

    They all look great…

They look like very typical kids…
Trying to sit still for their momma but not really wanting to….

    Happy Sunday!!!

These are the best kind of shots. Ones real memories are made of.

    Have a great week!

They are SO wonderful! And I shudder at trying to get just my 3 kids in a photo … let alone more!
Down the road their little personalities will be so cool to look back on in the photos too. (It's always nice to have one "perfect mom shot" though isn't it?!

They look adorable!! Love the ones on the bench – and although maybe not each is looking at the camera at the same instant – you can see their personalities all in those photos!!

    Blessings for a great week!

The one thrid form the bottom came out great, I think! Sure, it isn't PERFECT, but it's great, they all look HAPPY, and it's REAL, right? Points for authenticity!

Don't get too excited about spring though….we are not above getting a snowstorm in late March WELL after we thought spring was here for good! Hopefully, not this year, but I'm not exhaling yet! 🙂

Oh my gosh – I blew them up!! SO entertaining, really – GORGEOUS – each one of them!!! The last one where Vivi is looking UP and Shepherd kind has an eye roll going on – needs to be made into a card for all the family 🙂 It belongs on refrigerators. I'll send you my address.

    I'm just sayin'.

And extra bonus that the weather cooperated!

I may come up with a SS by Wednesday, will that be too late?

Great shots, even with the candid parts, so cute. It's hard enough with my 3 younger ones, that's impressive!

Great job. They did try right?!? And it's the thought that counts. They look happy!!
We did the same thing yesterday, but since I am always a day late and a dollar short, didn't participate. However the pics are on my blog…
