hurry up FedEx man

I finally bit the bullet. And bought it.

The thing that my husband wanted to give me for Mother’s Day. And has continued to insist that I buy pretty much every day since.

It should arrive today.

I don’t know whether to laugh at how ridiculously excited I am.

Or cry because it’s so ‘spensy.

Or both.

Once I’ve got it in my hands, I’ll let you know which happens first.

P.S. MacBook Pro tips appreciated 🙂

and i KNOW it's wrong to covet… but i confess… i want one. i am done with my PC– and will not cry when it decides to kick the proverbial bucket…. anxious to see what you think and how difficult it is to transfer over!

Oh by the way, everything is kinda backwards on a Mac than a PC. But once you get used to that it comes second nature.

    OHHHH HOW I LOVE MINE…
however.. there is a bit of a learning curve to it, but once you figure it out.. YOU'LL LOVE YOURS TOO!!
But please tell me……… what program are you going to use for all your photo editing?? I am using Aperature. It's good, but its the whole learning curve again, and I'm just not getting it figured out.

I am a little jealous and so is the bird on the treadmill inside mine. I borrowed him from Fred Flintstone when he upgraded.

"'spensy"- you just changed out household dialect.

DON'T drop it on your foot! I did yesterday night, and my foot stills hurts and there are a couple bruises around where I dropped it. I don't know if I have any actual tips to share, but I will say that once you're accustomed to using the trackpad in every wonderful way you can, you will hate using desktops, and especially PCs!
