i think it’s the haircuts

Forgive me, in advance.

Today is the second, and thankfully final, installment of me walking down memory lane with my children’s ‘first and last day of school’ pictorial.

And bemoaning the fact that my children have gone and grown up without me noticing.

I mean, I noticed the need for new jeans.

I noticed too short shirt sleeves, and having to buy ridiculously large shoes.

But I managed to swallow it… one shopping experience at a time.

This? Is way too much.

Is it the haircuts that are making them look so much younger?

Please tell me it’s the haircuts.

I think I’ll pull out the clippers this afternoon….

no…stop…don't cut their gorgeous hair….it's not the haircuts!!! It's time..and I know here it is passing by tooooo quickly. You'll have to just cherish the moments (and I know you do), but don't pull out the scissors…not yet. They look so adorable!!!

Is it bad to have a non parental favorite whose mere face just melts my heart? Your entire family is beautiful but there is something about that impish grin that makes me smile

Well – you can cut the hair all you want – but unless you have a TARDIS in the back yard there will be no going back….it's just time….but it IS all good!

    hugs – aus and co.
