perusing through totally useless information.
Unless you’re getting paid to blog.
Which I most definitely am not.
So I’ve warned you, right? This is pretty much a complete waste of time.
But it is ridiculously entertaining, if you’re a curious sort like me.
First go here.
Then choose to “make blogger in draft my default dashboard”, if you ever want to find your way back back to this vortex of lost time.
Notice the new ‘stats’ option on the far right of your dashboard.
Then, grab a diet coke and a bowl of popcorn and check out your stats.
What time of day do people like to visit?
What posts do people read the most?
You can even check out from what sites people are coming over to visit.
And then you can go visit their blogs.
So, I really should correct myself. It’s not a complete waste of time.
If you’re like me, you’ll probably end up with several new blogs to follow.
Have fun!
Cool! Now I have a question, but not about this, I pledged to donate to AOW. Am I supposed to donate it directly to the website or through you? I was just waiting for instructions.
Hey Julie!
I JUST heard back from the Trowers as to what they would like in terms of a donations… they are trying to determine the very best use of the $ raised, and they are leaning towards one very heavy duty industrial sized dryer!! But they need to get the electricity reworked in order for it to work properly… so we're just waiting to hear if this is a possibility ๐
If you'd like to donate through the website, you certainly may, or you can send a check to the address on the AOW website. Thank you so much for joining in the effort to help raise $ for these kiddos!! Do stop back by and let me know what you decide to do! I'd love to hear ๐
I pledged to donate to, but I think I woudl rather sponsor a child…how do we do that?
Whoa. This is habit forming and fun, fun, fun! Thanks for pointing it out.
AWESOME, Desiree! And you'll get a free tee if you set up a sponsorship, too ๐
Just go here: http://www.nihaoyall.com/2010/07/100-sponsors-100-days.html for more details ๐
Let me know who you decide to sponsor!!
I am going to pretend I didn't read this…might be fun but MUST RESIST the urge ๐
Just started phase 2 of fundraising for Elaina…and my WONDERFUL hubby who has only been home for 6 DAYS has spent his ENTIRE afternoon with the big kids coming and going on a 1000 piece puzzle…Chinese New Year Celebration…for another fundraiser. Fundraising is HARD WORK but blessed work ๐
Stephanie, I donated my $25 pledge through the website at AOW just now.
I just saw it come through… Thanks so much, Julie!!
Ohh cool, now I need to see if I can follow directions enough to mosey on over to that page so I can see mine….which I'm sure will be pitiful, but entertaining none the less
wow! thanks for that! i just found out that another site that i didn't even know existed has a link to my blog! how weird…
Thanks again for another addiction. ๐
Oh my… Hee. Should I just point my husband to this post when he asks what the heck I'm doing on the computer right now?
We chose Pearl to sponsor…
Yay for Miss Pearl!!! Do you want me to send you a button for your blog?
Thank you, Desiree!!!
Sure M3… I'll take the heat for your misuse of time ๐
I am going to pass on seeing if anyone reads my blog because I don't want to depress my self about being way boring! lol…..
Oh my!!! LOVE it!! Thanks Stephanie!!
Thanks for the info. I just find out that one of my posts was getting tones of spam. It won't be possible anymore… ;p
Oh, my. That could be dangerous. And now I'm so curious – I have readers from Latvia. And Tunisia. What on earth are they thinking?! I'm sure there are way more interesting things to do and see in Latvia and Tunisia than to read my daily drivel!!!! ๐
yep– super cool– i'm read in japan and the Netherlands?? who knew??? even my hubby thought that was cool:)
yep, a button would be great…does she have papers at ccaa??not that i am ready to go back just yet, but would love feed back on wacap…
OK, could anyone help me out. I really want to see this stuff! When I click on the link in the post..the one that says "here". All that comes up for me is a completely blank screen.
Cherie
Oh my…how fun is this!!! Thanks for sharing!!! I was giggling as I saw who was reading our blog…I kept saying, "I didn't know they read my blog…hey, why don't they comment?" LOL..too much fun!!!
Very interesting. I have my daughter's blog private but I still have given many people access if we know them or know they adopted too. Unless I am looking at it wrong, I don't really have any followers. ??? Oh, well. I just won't show LiLi. ;0)
Ok, now I have no idea how to add a picture to the blog since I changed it. Any suggestions?
No worries, I got it back to normal. Yeah!!!! I can post pictures again. ;0)
