a big day for Sophie

9:35 AM

Wednesday, August 18th.

Sophie Lu just grew up a little more.

Despite my best efforts, Sophie Lu has continued to distance herself from little girl-dom. And to march onward into big girl land.

Seems like it was just a bit ago that she joined our family.

Sophie Lu lost her first tooth in the middle of a bowl Fruit Loops.

This is the stuff I don’t want to forget.

Yippie! We've been checking out loads of loose tooth stories from the library because my oldest is 5 and I know that one day she'll start losing teeth. I want to be prepared. I'm a freak like that. Congrats! How old is she?

I don't know what I am more excited about, Sophie's lost tooth or the fact that you allow Froot Loops in your house too!!

$1 here….although the toothfairy left a "golden" dollar for the first tooth. The new ones that are a bit bigger than a quarter.
