Can you believe it?
I know I can’t.
My baby girl is now a college graduate.
I mean, I can believe she graduated.
I just can’t believe she graduated, already.
And, if you hadn’t already guessed, I am so very, very proud of her.
She’s grown up so much in the last few years.
Since she started college, she’s had a few jobs.
And a few roommates.
And a few boyfriends.
*Ahem*
Through it all, she’s managed to learn some very valuable lessons from the good. And the not-so-good.
And blossom into a beautiful, confident and wise young lady.
On the verge of the rest of her life.
She’s not exactly sure what she wants to do next.
She wants to get a job in a lab (she has a Biology major), but it’s not the best job market.
She wants to go to graduate school, but she’s not quite sure where.
And she wants to go to Paris, but she doesn’t quite have the cashola.
Whatever she decides, we know she’ll make a wise decision.
And succeed wherever she goes.
How I love you, my almost grown up girl.
Can’t wait to watch this next chapter of your life unfold, Victoria.
P.S. No grandkids for a long, long time, ‘mkay?

Beautiful photos of Victoria! My daughter graduates in the spring. It’s surreal. She’s been interviewing for jobs already in places like The Big Apple, etc. She’s already packed up most of the things in her room so her little sisters can move in. It’s an exciting transition but oh, so bittersweet for a mama!
How exciting! I remember those decisions. Beautiful photos as always.
BEAUTIFUL girl, inside & out!! Congratualtions, Victoria, you will succeed at whatever you choose to do! The world is yours to make your beautiful, indelible mark! Go for it!
(And congrats to YOU, momma, for raising such a wonderful girl!)
I am so happy for her. I still think you look like her sister. Her younger sister. I am not even kidding. You look SO stinking young.

So so Beautiful !!! You don’t look old enough to have a college graduate! Quick question: how’d you get the color to pop do beautifully in these shots!? Is it your camera or your editing software? I’m dying to know!!!! I just got a nice camera and adobe Lightroom software….so, I’m anxious to learn!!
Thanks (ps: this is Tahlia’s mom, the other Maonan cutie)
Thanks Johanna! I am not sure what preset I used on these… but I always use something, I can’t resist ‘prettying’ up my pictures 🙂
I found a bunch of free presets online for LR, and I also love Jessica Paige’s presets from One Willow <3
