the band-aid

We go through a lot of band-aids around here.

Usually they end up on a knee.

Or maybe an elbow.

But occasionally – to make the boo-boo feel better – we have to put a band-aid in an unusual spot.

And then we laugh. And take pictures.

And pray that it comes off… sooner rather than later.

Ahhh. Much better.

Haha! That’s too funny! We don’t use ANY band aids around here, because I have a little boy who is super safety conscious and also despises taking band aids off. He will scream if I suggest even putting one on. And all the time before having kids, I thought band aids were the super “fix-all” for any boo boo that was mentally bigger than actual size. ๐Ÿ™‚

That child can’t take a bad photo even with a band-aid moustache! So cute. Mine is currently sporting 5 band-aids…only one of which she actually might need.

I think they have some that actually have moustaches on them. Wouldn’t that have been all kinds of funny?? Maybe you should’ve entered this picture! ๐Ÿ™‚

I know how that is…the other day my little sister ‘needed’ one on her nose. So i pulled out the bandaids and put a huge round bandaid–the only size we had– right in the middle of her little face. Thankfully, it didnt last for more than two hours. She has never asked for one on her lip though…im sure that will happen soon though;)

Oh, I love it!!! When Sayler was about the same age as Poppy she tried to shave like daddy ;(
She ended up with a bandaid placed just like Poppy!!! If I find the photo I will send your way!
    Hugs!!!!
