I few days ago, I found Poppy and Vivienne playing in the sunlight that – by early afternoon – is blazing through our front windows.
In their princess dresses.
What caught my attention first wasn’t so much what they were doing.
Because, really, they’re almost always in dress up clothes.
What caught my attention was what they were saying.
Or, more aptly, what they were singing.
Y’all have to check out the video.
After they discuss how the shadows of their hands look like guns – just keepin’ it real, folks – they start singing “Forever Reign” by Hillsong.
My heart will sing, no other name. Jesus. Jesus.
Honestly. Nothing sweeter than seeing your baby girls dance together and sing about Jesus. Even if they don’t get all the words right.

Aww, so precious. I love it when children sing of their love for the Lord. Keep up the good work Mama – you know who they’re listening to… ♥

I have a question for you. Since you got your 24-70 f/2.8, have you even used your 50mm at all? Looking into buying a zoom.
