**updated 48 hours in – please read this post after you finish here for additional information**

Oh my goodness, y’all. I finally get to share what I’ve been up to.

I mean, other than paperchasing like a crazy person.

Lookie here.

foundclementine-5

I honestly got teary eyed when I slid these shirts onto all five of my precious daughters.

Once orphaned. Now beloved.

Once lost. Now found.

foundclementine-12

And isn’t that exactly how every one of us is?

Lost until the saving hand of the Lord reaches down, draws us to Himself, and calls us His own?

foundclementine-15

For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost. – Luke 19:10

When trying to come up with an idea for a t-shirt for Clementine’s adoption, I wanted it to represent even more than earthly adoption.

I wanted it to represent eternal adoption.

foundclementine-9

Because there is nothing more worth celebrating than that.

We have been so incredibly blessed by each and every one of you who have walked alongside us over the years. When we ventured out to bring Poppy and Esther home, y’all helped us raise every. single. cent.

And as we prepare to venture out again, to bring our precious Clementine Joy home, we hope that you’ll consider joining us again.

foundclementine-4

We have set up a fundraising page at You Caring. And if you make a donation to help us bring Clementine home, no matter the amount, we will email you so we can get a Found t-shirt, just like the ones pictured here, into your hands.

foundclementine-14

We hope it will serve as a reflection of our gratitude for your generous decision to link arms with us to bring one precious child home, and as a reminder of His saving work in your life, and in the lives of millions of orphans around the world.

Because He is Father to the fatherless, defender of orphans and widows. And He is mighty to save.

foundclementine

We have a wide variety of sizes for kids and women available, and we ordered almost 300 shirts, but it is first-come-first-served. And if you’d like more than one shirt – for yourself and your daughter(s) – just let us know when we contact you, we’ll be glad to do all we can do accommodate you.

(Possibly working on a men/boy’s version, pray for my daughter Victoria to be revived from her nitpicky-mom-induced-design-coma so she can whip up something fun for the guys.)

Cannot wait to see what the Lord does. I know it might seem crazy for us to have not set a donation limit for this fundraising effort. After all, we need to raise money and we just spent a chunk of our adoption savings to purchase these shirts and we’re potentially giving them away.

But we feel like this is exactly what the Lord wants us to do. We want this shirt to be available to anyone and everyone who partners with us to bring Clementine home, whether you invest with your time in prayer, your monetary donation, or both. If you cannot afford to make a monetary donation, please contact me via email (link in the right sidebar) and I’ll be more than happy to get you hooked up. We want you to have a tangible reminder of your part in bringing Clementine home, too.

A few fun details on the shirt:
– the background is a vintage map of China.
– designed by Victoria, based on my thoughts. it is even her handwriting across the front, and key words on the back… she even drew the heart. love that it was Clementine’s biggest sister that did the hard work on creating this shirt.
– sizes 4-5, 6-6x, 7-8 and 10-12 for girls and fitted in sizes S, M, L, XL and classic in sizes M, L, XL and 2X for women.

So grateful for this community and so excited to be on this journey with you.

Bubbling over with joy,

    Just made a small donation. SO wish I could have given more, but as I’m fully “on my own” for the first time in life, I’m trying to figure out bills and living expenses and how I can still GIVE. Love following the journey of your family and am encouraged over and over again by your willingness and obedience to our Savior. Blessings! {also, LOVE the shirts and your cute babies wearing them!}
