The winners!

Okay. So a bunch of you were super close. I was really amazed that you guys got so close! In fact, Karrie got it exactly right when she guessed that it was ‘Roman’ from Lifeline‘s newest list. Well done, Nancy Drew ๐Ÿ˜‰ We are THRILLED to be working with our favorite social worker evahhh… Ms. Karla Thrasher at Lifeline! She’s the best!!
Two VERY close guesses were made by Barbie, who said cleft lip/palate OR clubfoot, born in 2006 and at DG CWI, Guangdong and Melissa, who said born in 11/2006, SN clubfoot and in Guizhou. Even though Melissa missed the province, her guess on his birthday was right on. Both ladies are from my original DTC group way back from January 2005 *still a rockin’ group, I might add* you guys must know me pretty well ๐Ÿ™‚ Send along those addresses for your little goodies ladies… I’m feelin’ so good I’m sending out presents to all three of you guys!
To everyone that participated or left a comment, thank you. I really appreciate all the wonderful comments, words of encouragement and good ol’ belly laughs ๐Ÿ™‚

Here’s the funny part — I kept thinking Guangdong, but then thought, “Yeesh, Guangdong in Summer. Not again!” LOL

    Should have followed my instinct.

    ๐Ÿ™‚

He is such a looker! Can’t wait to hear more details.

Get those papers together, mama. Bring that boy home!

Karla is the best! Congrats to the winners! I’m mad at myself for not thinking of Roman in the guessing… Of course he is so perfect for your family! And yall are so perfect for him!
Many have called you supermom, and I must agree! I used to be supermom, shocking as that may seem. Then I had to relinquish my crown to my friend Laurie, who went into labor and on the way to the hospital got a speeding ticket and the policeman ended up delivering her baby! She had a 9 pounder with no meds! Yikes! Supermom! But NOW….I think the crown goes to you, Stefanie! ๐Ÿ™‚ You will wear it well I know you will, because you, my friend, have the aroma of Jesus oozing from your blog–
    God gains the glory!
I love the name Shepherd by the way…

Melissa, I hear you about following that instinct! I KNEW it was either Roman or Dawson but wasn’t sure which one. I was leaning toward Roman but left my options open by trying to include both of them. lol!!

Yeah, Guangdong in Summer, YIKES! But I was kinda hoping our prizes were that we were going to be Stefanie’s travel partners. lol!! ๐Ÿ™‚ I guess we will have to just cling to her website during the trip!

Don’t I wish, Barbie! I would LOVE to all go together to China, wouldn’t that be great!
Actually, I think Chris will go solo this time, he does a LOT better with travel, stress, and HEAT ๐Ÿ˜‰

    Laine,
I’m afraid I cannot accept the Supermom crown. No way I can top delivering a 9 pounder in a car with no meds! Asher was just over 9 pounds and of course, that was my only unmedicated childbirth. I was crying like a BABY! Definitely not Supermom material…
Now YOU my friend, need to take that crown right back from Laurie: two babies, therapy, genetic appointments, tinkling on the lap, pulling the finger? YOU ARE THE MOM!!!
