Tennis tourney success!

My sister’s tennis tournament was held last weekend and it went so well! The weather cooperated and everyone pitched in to make the day fun and successful. Thanks so much to Jen for helping design the t-shirts, they turned out great ๐Ÿ™‚

I was official photographer (self-volunteered ;)) and ended up taking more pics of the kids than of the tennis players! But with the weather so beautiful and the kids looking so darn cute, I couldn’t resist. We all had such a fun day, and I don’t even play tennis! To top it all off, my sister was able to raise enough money to pay for their orphanage donation for their adoption ๐Ÿ™‚ Yeah God!!

We have so loved living so close to my family down here, I haven’t lived this close to home since I left home for college over 20 years ago! Needless to say, it’s going to be so hard leaving my family behind. Our kids have become so close too, but we’ll just have to do a lot of road trippin’…

Wonderful pictures!!! I didn’t know that your sister is adopting? Is she getting ready to travel soon? All the kids are so cute!!! I recognize your children in the pictures but were the other children your sisters? They are all very good looking!
Leaving family is hard. We left our family 10 years ago. We moved from CA to Chicago…and it was so hard. : (

Yep, you will just have to road trip. ๐Ÿ™‚ I would find it really hard to move away from family. After all the talk about moving out of state, we’re settling back in right where we’re at!!

Glad the tourney was a success!! The pictures are great. What a good-looking bunch. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Love,
    Rebecca

REALLY beautiful pictures of everyone. It must be hard leaving family again, but at least thanks to the internet it makes it so much easier to keep in touch daily. Good luck to you on your travels to Shepherd and your journey to your new home.
