tranquility

Just to keep everyone in the loop, we’re not actually at the beach anymore. We’re back in Atlanta, wreaking havoc hanging out at my sister’s house.

The beach had many things:
Sand.
Waves.
Tranquility.

The beach did not, however, have internet.

Which meant we spent less time staring at a computer monitor, and more time staring at this…

But we’re back in civilization now and I’ll be updating the blog with pics of our time there… we really did have a ridiculously good time. The kiddos loved every second of the freedom of the beach and the ocean, as did our mangy mutts.

Not gonna lie, though. By the end of the week, I’d had my fill of sandy beds and late night calls for reapplications of aloe vera…

It’s good to be home. Well, not technically home, but one step closer. And it’s awfully good to be snuggling up to the blog again. I missed the old girl.
