my man: the rebel

Several years ago, my man got a tattoo.

Without my knowledge.

I mean, we’d talked about him getting a tattoo, but there’s a big chasm between talking about something and actually doing something.

Especially something permanent. Like a tattoo.

Guess my man is a bit of a rebel.

Thankfully though, I dig it.

Can you tell what it is?

neat tattoo but how did you react when he just came home with a tattoo? How long had you been together? It looks like jesus head on the cross with the stuff around his head and a bit of blood coming out.

I love it!!! My hubby is a rebel too. (complete with the bald head and dark shades like your man) He has a beattiful cross on his arm and our childrens names written in Hebrew on his arm too.
Bad thing is that our 9 year old one wants to know when he can get one too 🙁

    Love it!

I have been thinking (for years) again about getting another one.

Tell Chris, he did good! 🙂

Very cool and very brave. Not sure what I'd do if hubby came home with a tattoo. Not because I don't dig tattoo's but more like..that's kinda huge and I'd want to know about it. Rebel indeed…it's a beautiful tattoo, though. Did he design it?

OH my hubby did the same thing except I can't stand his. Actually the first one he had I did not mind. Then when i was gone with kids to Disneyland on time I came home to find he added a dragon that I really don't like. He hasn't got another one since!

Now if he adds scripture to it maybe I'd like ti better.

As for your rebel, it looks like a profile of Jesus with crown of thorns with drops of blood.

I wanted to stop by and say we are signing our adoption contract this week! We are adopting 5 embryos! Isn't it amazing how God can take our adoption journeys to placed we couldn't imagine??

    ((hugs))

p.s. I loved catching up with your family! Your photography continues to rock!

"No one comes to the Father, except through Me…" – Rebel…right….a God fearing man today is, in fact, a rebel! I can dig it too!

8/6 marked 27 years of love between my bride and I – and all of them blessed!

    hugs – aus and co.

I know I’m reading this 4 years late, but I cannot see any of the things that these people guessed on his arm! I have no idea what the upper part is, but I think it looks cool! I’m trying to talk my sweet hubby into letting me get another one.
