thank you

… Amanda.

The blankets for Poppy and Esther are just beautiful.

I will definitely be taking Poppy’s to China.

And Esther’s?

I’ll definitely be snuggling up with.

Tonight.

And to y’all who have prayed for us, lifted us up during this time, and reached out to us – by card, comment or FB post – thank you.

I have read each one and been so encouraged, so wrapped in your love and support.

Thank you.

I know you had said you so wanted something that belonged to her – well, this blanket didn’t….yet. But, what a blessing that you can snuggle up with it and process through your loss knowing it would have. What a beautiful gift.

We have followed your blog since you brought home Jude, and in fact as I have e-mailed you long ago, his was one of the adoption stories that turned our hearts to looking at children with special needs and boys! Now we have our two precious sons from China, Philip and Elijah, and we thank God for them.

Just wanted to let you know how much our family lifts you all up in prayer over Esther. We think of you all often, sweet tender-hearted lady. Even our 25-year-old son has shed many tears for your family over the loss of your precious Esther.

Hugs from our family to yours,
janet, kevin, ted, philip, and elijah

Every time I wear my So Loved shirt, I think of Esther. And I pray for you guys. She was a special baby with a very special mission. God has big plans for her and the lives she touched while she was here. I know He is continuing to touch lives because of her.

I think of her, too, when I wear my shirt. I’m so glad I have the reminder… πŸ™‚

I have read your blog for a while. Although we do not know one another,
we are connected by our red threads. I wish I had something profound
or helpful of which to write, but I simply do not. I thought that I would
be able to express something meaningful as a mother who has been
through a loss of a child, and yet…..I cannot find the right words or
nothing that has not been said.,
Then I realized we all go through this differently….very differently…

I have been amazed and inspired of your journey with all of your children.
Know that our family is sending many prayers your way….Because of
you, Esther lives on in all of our hearts through her amazing mother. and family.

    Always,
    gigi
