This family is in the midst of caring for the needs of their very sick little one, Ivy Joy. Ivy came home from China with a severe and complex heart condition, and her family has been tirelessly pursuing every avenue to heal her heart.

So, needless to say, Mary has some pretty big things on her mind.

And she has shared Ivy’s story on her blog, including details on their upcoming trip to Boston for a surgery and possible 4-week hospital stay for her and Ivy. Mary uses her blog to share with friends and family all that is going on during what must be an incredibly emotional and difficult time.

But the blog needs a facelift. And, most importantly, it needs a picture of beautiful Ivy in the header with big sister Lexi.


This is where you come in.

Do you do bloggy makeovers? Do you know someone who might be willing to do one for the Sammons family for free?

God is so big and there is no doubt He loves this family and sweet Ivy so much, I just know someone is out there who can do this small thing that would bless their family in such a big way.

      • Sorry, I’m not Lauren Casper, just your average lurker brought out of anonymity for a bit. I am a graphic designer with a little bit of spare time this week and will happily perform a bloggy makeover so she can keep her focus where it is needed most.

    I would like to do a fund rasing for little Ivy Boston trip. I can send in items to sell. I don’t have a blog but if you would like to do it and ask others to join, u can take picture of the clothes and send them to you so that people can bid. Please let me know. My heart hurts for little Ivy, Mary and her family.
