some snow

On Saturday, we got some snow.

Which is sort of unusual of around here.

Having spent several years in New England, the kids assumed it would eventually pile up.

They were busily designing snowmen in their heads. And drawing battle plans for a snowball fight.

But it never did pile up.

And, by afternoon, it was almost gone.

But it sure was beautiful while it lasted.

    Gorgeous pictures. And for some reason, at this moment, I just see God’s miracles in this part of His creation. Snow is just so WHITE and the rose covered in snow … I don’t know but a great reminder to me this afternoon of God’s power. Thanks for sharing.
