And we are going soon.
Like a week from today, y’all. We found out last night that our request for a Consulate appointment on the 24th of November was approved.
Which means we will be holding sweet Clementine in our arms on the 17th.
Only 12 days from today.
Eeeee! Just look at her. She looks so SO good. So healthy. So beautiful. I am just amazed.
Clearly all our prayers for her to be well loved have been answered in a crazy big way.
And she is growing, too.
Her new measurements are…
height: 30″ (25% Chinese girls growth chart)
weight: 20 lb (45% Chinese girls growth chart)
head: teeny tiny
foot: 4″
Her update also included this info on her tooth situation: “none tooth.” She has no teeth yet. Not one. Everything about that just tickles me. She is going to be such a baby baby – we are expecting her to be developmentally about 6 – 9 months so her lack of teeth will just fit right in.
Oh my gosh, y’all. God has answered so many prayers.
For her health. For her heart. For her care. For the funding. For our paperwork.
Thank you, thank you to everyone who has been praying on behalf of our sweet girl.
Celebrating great things around here this week.
The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy. – Psalm 126:3
Her eyes…

That is one gorgeous baby girl!!
I am in awe of the photo of sweet Clementine. In awe. You know, she really isn’t that small. When we met Kendal and had the appt. at the health clinic, she weighed 20 lbs. and she had just turned three!! So very happy and excited and thrilled … all at the same time! It has been a joy to be praying over her. Love to y’all!

Praise God!!!!!! I am so happy and excited for you all dear Stefanie and oh my heart, is she ever cute!
Can’t quit looking at her!
I decided to check in and just bust into happy tears when I saw her precious face! So incredibly happy for you. We have happy news too, our LOA came for our sweet baby boy. We’re going to China soon, too! It is amazing, the power of testimony, to change hearts and minds. Thank you, from this grateful mama.
That should say burst, not bust into tears. Apparently I can’t type with happy tears in my eyes!
Great news!! Very happy for your sweet family. Clementine is such a cutie!!
How we praise Him for taking such care of your treasure. Our family will be stalking yours the next 2 weeks, my friend. Love you!
Yeah!! She is beautiful! I’m kinda jealous you have this tiny little 20lb bundle to snuggle and love. May the Lord bless you all as you travel to bring her home!
