He did it.

He’s a graduate.

And this milestone marks so much more than his completion of high school.

He’s my first child that I really, truly (and only out of absolute necessity) homeschooled.

And I use the term “homeschool” pretty liberally because, for at least the first few years, we made some big mistakes. Both of us.

But we persevered.

And we learned some pretty cool stuff.

And, eventually, all the youngers followed in their big brother’s footsteps and came home to be schooled.

Now, seven years later, here he is.

A graduate. With honors.

*sniff*

Also a recent graduate, his cousin Avery came out on the town with us to mark the milestone of high-school completion.

Because the more the merrier.

Congratulations, guys. This mama (and aunt) could not be more proud.

Now go set the world on fire ❤️
