The girls and I were out the other day feeding carrots to Poet. As soon as the carrots were gone, they moved to gathering the few remaining dandelions and running back and forth, feeding them to him one at a time.
Then they were gone. And the girls were done.
But Poet wasn’t. He stood and waited. And waited.
And I ended up getting my favorite photo I have of him.
Okay, maybe not my favorite. I mean, look at him here. Here. And here.
But I still love this one. He looks so handsome, none of the silliness I usually get when I take pictures of him. I happened to be sitting on the ground and because of the perspective, I caught a gorgeous tree in the background. And he looks a bit, ahem… bigger, too. I think this might be his favorite.
Visit my friend Lisa’s blog for more favorites.
P.S. Today is the LAST DAY to enter the first Fill Their Stockings bundle, y’all! Seriously, I wish I could enter to win all those goodies. My camera would look fabulous in that ONA camera bag…
