In case you’re wondering

I created a long post, recording what all four of my school-attending little ones were up to on the much anticipated first day of school. But that left several of my brood out. So in case you’re curious what those three were doing while their siblings were bravely facing the first day of school, wonder no more.
I was a bit worried about Sophie, since her ‘school’ is starting a few weeks after the public schools start. But she handled it beautifully, especially after she realized that she could chill on the couch with a big cup of Trix cereal and watch TV. I don’t allow the kids to eat in front of the TV so being able to do this was quite a sweet deal… she was not worrying about missing school that day!
Jude was busy ‘helping’ me in the kitchen. He has discovered my Tupperware drawers and happily reorganizes them on a regular basis. He is best at the deconstruction (hey, to make an omlette you have to break a few eggs, right?) then he waits for me to come in and help on the reorganization ๐Ÿ˜‰
Tori managed to soothe her sorrows over missing the first day of school by spending a few hours playing Guitar Hero on the Playstation. Well, it wasn’t actually morning when Tori managed to pull herself out of bed, it was closer to 2:00 in the afternoon, but it FELT like morning, Tori says. She’ll be leaving for Tech next week, but that’s a whole ‘nother post ๐Ÿ˜‰

It must have felt a little “quiet” with only three at home (lol). Funny how you miss them when they aren’t all together. I think I am ready for my routine back though!! Although, when a new little one makes their arrival home, a routine seems like a blissful dream ๐Ÿ™‚ Right?

    Have a great Sunday!!
