My big girl

After two weeks of me driving her to and from school, Isabelle started riding the bus on Monday. We had been talking about it, visited the bus driver, toured the bus and Isabelle was ready. I wasn’t so ready. This stuff is hard on me, she is like a tiny peanut on that big ol’ bus. And I really miss her during the day. But it’s amazing how much more she’s talking since she started school. The teacher is thrilled with how well she’s doing, interacting, playing, following directions, using her imagination. My big girl. She’s come such a long way.

Oh woman, this made me cry!! If I can love your girl this much, I just can’t even imagine the love I’ll one day have for Macey. I’m SO encouraged to hear how she’s doing in school, that is incredible. You must be so proud.

Stefanie — those are the CUTEST pictures ever!! She’s a doll baby. I followed your journey to Sophie and your journey to Jude. I would love to one day meet your amazing family.
