A preview

Isabelle’s costume was one that I had purchased at Old Navy a few weeks ago. She is a puppy, namely “FiFi”. Is she a cutie pie or what? Sophie has a similar costume, but she is a kitty. She didn’t have a parade this morning, so you’ll have to wait on her pictures ๐Ÿ˜‰

Obviously, Dalton chose to be a football player. Which suits him perfectly, because the boy can’t wait ’til he’s old enough to play on an ‘official’ team next fall. Here he is in his daddy’s Troy Aikm@n helmet… just a few sizes too big for him.

And here is my Asher. He decided to be a pirate. He dug up our copy of Treasure Island and followed the pirate pictured on the cover as closely as possible. Unfortunately our supply of fluffy pirate shirts, eye patches and swashbucking accouterments was very limited. But we came up with a piratey get-up that I think does our sweet boy justice. Note the facial hair, complements of my eye brow pencil. See… it is a hand made costume, n’est ce pas?

Happy Halloween!!

Good job, Stef! I can’t believe Old Navy wimped out by putting out the same FIFI costume three years in a row. Must have been a best seller, I’m thinking! Great minds DO costume alike though, no? ๐Ÿ™‚ Isabelle est si belle dans les vetements de la oh darn it…how do you say dog again? Dalton et Asher, son frere, sont super aussi! C’est vraiment fantastique! Tu es une mere magnifique!!!! J’espere que toutes les enfants seront heureux avec les couture de maman. And THAT’S why I don’t teach French anymore.

Chien.

They are too cute! I can't wait to see more pictures. Did you get our card and see how I cheated my way out of being original with Noah & Kade's costumes – cheap masks. Besides it's Friday and football is going on so we won't get to do much trick-or-treating.
    Love y'all & Happy Halloween!

Tell Asher he did a stellar job! I like seeing self-initiated costumes, especially ones made at home. (Oh, and the others look great, too. LOL.)

You did it!! The kids look great! I love Asher as the pirate (love the pants!)…Isabelle is just plain adorable…& Dalton is a very handsome football player! Can't wait to see more!
We'll have our pics up there sometime tonight. Kiara is Ariel, though the way she's acting lately, she should be a jack in the box!! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Wonderful! I love to see them expressing their personalities in costume. And anyone who follows Treasure Island is OK in my book!!
