Asher resembles his daddy in many ways.
He has the same cleft chin.
He has the same weird toes.
And he has the same appetite as his daddy and his mama.
Combined.
Due to this voracious appetite, Asher has developed some outrageous sandwich creating skills.
Seriously. It might not look good, but it sure does taste good.
His favorite ingredients are Parmesan cheese, banana peppers and Fr@nk’s Hot Sauce.
Oh, and lots and lots of meat.
He weighs 106 pounds.
He wears a men’s size 10 shoe.
Methinks these sandwiches of his are only going to get bigger.

Oh my goodness, that boy is going to be huge! And that sandwich looks AMAZING!! Seriously, I'm going to try it! Tell him thanks for the 'recipe'!!
Patricia/NYC says
I'm hungry!! That is one mighty tasty looking sandwhich!!
Bless Asher & his apetite!
Maggie S says
The sandwich looks amazing.
Growing kids? I'm there. But I have girls.
Wendy says
He is soooo cute! I used to eat like that…and still looked like Olive Oil…so skinny! I can't eat like that any more, though, which is a shame ๐
All those kiddos must eat you out of house and home!
Karen says
WOW! That's all I can say. Well that and I pity your grocery budget:-)
Sarah says
Your son weighs more than I do….just sayin'
Somewhere In The Sun says
I was reading and thinking that my youngest, Joe (who dearly loves sandwiches) would really like that. He walked by, glanced over my shoulder and said, "mmmmm…that looks good!"

I so understand. Our Jake is in the third grade 93 pounds and still growing!! This boy eats more than his dad and I combined…well, maybe just his dad.
Shanti says
oh, boy! he's gonna need a job to support that habit! =) i have one of those growing boys who could eat forever…and he's only 6! i'm scared of what he'll be like as a teenager! =)
Denise says
And I thought Noah's foot was big – last week we bought baseball cleats in a men's 8 1/2, I can't believe Asher's in a 10 already. . . And yes, our boy can eat too. I would love to see them together.
PoPo has to laugh when he sees Noah eat, he said it reminds him of when the boys were at home. When they were younger it started out as which piece of chicken they wanted but as the got older it became which chicken they wanted ๐
Love to all,
Denise
Jean says
This is going to be one big boy!! Love the shoe size!! Oh my and you have 9 of them! You better start saving for your groceries, now!!
BTW- that sandwich does look good!
Wanda says

Kristin says
Just you wait. My son is almost 16 and eating all the time.
And, he adds hot sauce, banana peppers, and anything else possible when he can.
Yuck!
Annie says
Wow! I thought my 4th grader was big!!
Aus says
Asher – ya'll keep eating like that and you'll grow up to be a cop or fire fighter – one! (Not that I consider either of those things bad things – I'm one – but still….I'm just sayin'….)
hugs – aus and co.

I enjoyed reading your post! "Misery" loves company…I have a 9 year old who is 5'2" – 120 lbs – size 11.5 men's shoe size. We tell him all the time that he'll never tip over with feet that big! ๐ He won't be 10 until the end of July. He has an enormous appetite just like Asher's. I wouldn't trade him for the world, though. ๐ He's such a sweet, loving, gentle soul. Just wishing that I could count on a (future) huge NBA salary to off-set his ever-expanding food, shoe budget! lol!
Michelle says
Jeff thought the sandwich looked fabulous!
Asher is so darn cute!
mom2three says
WOW! size 10!!!
*Overflowing* says
That is hilarious…what's up with these boys having gynormous feet. My boys feet are ridiculous…our oldest past daddy up a long time ago ๐
Miss Anna B says
Now on this….I can 100% totally relate!!!!
Four boys are ahead of my girls. They range in age from 15 to 8. And, oh my…..can they eat!!! Seeing the pics of Asher and thinking of my own boys…..methinks you are correct about the sandwich size.
Good thing the word "ginormous" was added to Webster's. It's the only word that will fit ๐
Football & Fried Rice says
That boy is going to eat you out of house & home ๐

Oh my goodness! I always thought my baby had huge feet! He is 17 and wears a 15 extra wide. Let me warn you if his feet keep growing BIG shoes are HARD to find!
Dita says
Now these babies need BUILDING PERMITS…Move over Dagwood Bumpstead…the AshMan's in Town!
Michal says
Ahhh! The Dagwood!
My husband used to make sandwiches like this- still makes a mean fired egg sandwich after all these years.
Asher should experiment with olives, onion powder, pickles and any other spice in the cupboard!
The Gang's Momma! says
LOL – Shaggy has decided that he's never going back to public school. His fave part of home-schooling is the chance to create amazing and gourmet lunches every day. While my tastebuds are grateful for his home-based educational experience, I think my waistline would prefer he go back to school.

Oh, A-bone! I love you and your big ol' sandwiches…drowning in Frank's!!
gabsgab says
That is TOTALLY GROSS! And i'd love to sink my teeth into it, except for the Banana peppers and Franks hot sauce
