my tummy hurts

I spoke with our agency yesterday (whom we love, btw) and our China rep confirmed that the shared list will be released Monday, September 20th, China time.

Which, she reminded me, is Sunday night US time.

And she said she’d have the in-China coordinator check on our LID, straight away.

So I should find out something in the next few hours since our agency is about three hours behind us.

Hoping for good news… but I’m not good at waiting. Makes my tummy hurt.

Sorry, I’d love to talk about something else, but, well… not gonna happen today.

I’m a bit distracted.

Anyone else waiting with me? It would be fun to connect with other families waiting to be matched!

We just finished our application for SN China. We have one little sweetie from China from the traditional program. We are so excited. We are in the waiting cycle too! We can't get started on too much until orientation and we can't do that until October when we have the money! Next up is our dossier! Hang in there!

Kinda wish we were waiting – and never thought I'd say that…..strange world in which I live….

Hang tough – go get a brownie – it's good for your tummy!

    hugs – aus and co.

Well I'm not waiting for a match but I am waiting for my I800 in the mail for our #6, we are going back for our daughters friend! We got LOA 8/25 (same agency as you!). You might as well invest in a good ol'pair of tummy tuckin' panties now because with each step of the wait the chocolate cravings only get worse. I'm currently waiting for the chocolate bomb cookies to come out of the oven………no I800 in the mail today LOL…

We were LID on 9/9/10. We are expecting a match this month! So very exciting! We have 3 bio girls and 1 Shanghai sweetheart who really wants to hurry and bring her sister her home. Break out the brownies!

We are waiting but don't think we are going to make it for this list. We are supposed to be DTC this week (probably today actually) so we won't be LID in time. Happy for you, jealous for us!

Stefanie, we are so excited for you all. My husband and I are finishing up our Dossier paperwork, and then will wait for our date to travel to Ukraine. Can't wait, as this will be our first child.

Much love to you and your precious family.

We have a LID of 4/20/09. We have always known in our hearts that our daughter would be on the SN list. We have 3 bio. kiddos of our own…..Avarie, Evan & Ella Fern. Our youngest was born with a number of health issues and because of all we went through with her (surgeries, etc.) we feel the Lord prepared us to bring home a child with SN and not freak out at the thought of a surgery, therapy, etc. We can't wait to see her sweet face and hold her in our arms……..someday! Praying that this may be our turn. 🙂 I'll keep ya posted!!!

    Stefanie,
Way back, I felt called to adoption, and my husband was that, no way jose too. I waited and prayed for years, for God to either take away my burden or change his heart. And change it He did, just days before our 5th bio child was born! We've been working towards our SN China adoption ever since. I emailed you early on, to ask some questions, and you graciously responded. We have PA for a Guangxi sweetie we found on the over 30days list, and hope to be dtc in the next couple of weeks. Just waiting on the State, and Chinese consulate part. Maybe just maybe we'll go at the same time!

That's awesome, Joy!! Congratulations on your new daughter 🙂
How cool would that be to end up in China at the same time?!

Awesome AWESOME news! Living vicariously through you sister. Three are giving me a run for my money but I would gladly get on a plane tomorrow for #4 (if my hubby would get on with me). Can't wait!
