I’m afraid.

Very afraid.

My sweet little Vivienne has succumbed to whatever it is that Isabelle still has.

Which, based on the rapid strep test, is not strep.

Vivi just started to feel yucky after lunch time.

Now she’s burning up with fever.

We’re rapidly running out of Sprite, Motrin, and NetFlix options for the 6 and under crowd.

And couch space.

So sorry two of your miracles are sick. Our littlest one was sick with a fever for about three days last week. The other five of us are fine. I hope NO ONE else gets it and that your little ones are better tomorrow.
    Praying for you.

Oh my you have my prayers! I was sofa-bound with my little 15 month old last week due to a strep-like virus 2 days before she was scheduled for surgery. Lord send healing quickly!

I hope your little ones start feeling better right away. I swear I think there i a new strain of strep that tests negative. My kids have had it and half of them test positive while the other half test negative. For now, they are all healthy (crossing my fingers).

We’ve also been hot with some kind of bug over here. No other symptoms but a fever that spikes up fast. We’re on day two now.

I hope your little ones feel better soon!

Sorry to hear your little ones are sick!
We had this last week too!! Fever of 104 for 5 days! So scary, and our little one is also prone to febrile seizures! I’m glad everyone is healthy this week!!
Hopefully this will pass quickly for you and not spread to anyone else.

Yep…we just weathered the random high fever for 4 days, turned cold symptoms, turned super-weird rash that is very itchy and chicken pox-like, but not chicken pox. And, it’s been a 3 week cycle. 4 days fever, one week cold symptoms, a few days break before rash explodes all over the place. All SORTS of fun when the cold/flu, Mama’s-at-the-doctor-every-stinkin’-week season is supposed to be over!!!

Hope everyone there is on the mend quickly, and I’m praying the rest of the family is spared.

Praying sweet friend! We are just coming out of this. Cana came down with it and kept spiking 103 fevers for 5 days…strep test came back negative but definitely had a throat infection. THEN Sarah decided it was her turn…she spiked 104 fevers for 6 days…tested negative for strep but positive for ear infection and throat infection. Today is the first day she is feeling better 🙁 Praying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Praying for you and your girls, my dear friend. If I lived closer I would run the sprite and motrin and movies over. There’s nothing scarier than when your kids are really sick.
“Lord heal these precious girls. Please bring down their fever in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen”
    Please keep us posted.

Poor babies!! Praying for quick healing and that nobody else gets it. You go take some Vitamins, drink lots of OJ, and stay healthy. I love how Isabelle still looks very content, even though she’s so sick. They make very cute sicky chickies.

Lots of love and prayers. AND when I was sick, mom and dad would feed me chocolate bars and ice cream and sprite…..and while I was eating this…….my parents would wash the blankets with lots of fabric softener and as soon as they were dry, they’d throw the hot blankets over me…………and I’d pass out…….a couple of hours later I’d wake up sweaty and feeling better. Every. Single. Time.

Hope your little ones feel better soon and the rest stay healthy. Lots of Lysol and hand washing every fifteen minutes?

I don’t believe those rapid strep tests half the time! Seems like I go back in later and it ends up positive.
Praying for you all though! Although they are absolutely beautiful … they still look just tuckered out and sad–and that is SO hard when you can’t make them all better right now! Hope the tide turns and you nip this in the bud. Summer is knocking on the door!!!
