a confession

I’m a happily married woman.

But I have to fess up.

I have a hardcore crush.

It seats twelve.

It starts around $30,000.

And it ain’t ugly. In fact, I think it looks good. Really good.

And did I mention, it seats twelve?

Twelve passenger seating looks great on a vehicle.

P.S. Anyone out there have a contact at Nissan? Would love to get one of these bad boys. Someday. Somehow.

P.P.S. A girl can dream, right?

We bought one last week and have a few extra seats. I think it only makes sense to utilize all the space. ๐Ÿ™‚

I just test drove one yesterday. Sorry, but I don’t love it. I really wanted to love it. I drove it about twenty miles. It has a rattle. Hopefully it was the tire pressure. I have driven an extended E350 since ’99. I wanted this to NOT feel like I was driving something really long. It did. I really like the headrests on every seat. Leg room–not so much. The windows are too high. You cannot see out of the back window because of the headrests. The ceiling feels lower. Why we may still get one: gas mileage and head rests. I am going to research the gas mileage a little more.

It does look great – and you can justify it – cheaper than a bus – but still starts at more than I paid for my first house!!

    hugs – aus and co.

I’ve been drooling over that since last October when it was still just a “concept” car. I can’t wait to find these used (YEAH RIGHT!). Seriously, though, I really want that van but we’ll have to wait.

I drive a nissan titan and have since 2005. LOVE it. My boy wants it! My hubby has a small nissan truck that he has had almost 20 years. Nissans are awesome…and last a long time. Maybe you can find a good used one soon at a good price.

And if you decide to “take the plunge” we will buy your sprinter!
    Seriously.
To drive up to meet you and your family would be AWESOME.
And to get a sweet ride too…the icing on the cake!

Someday we’ll sell it, but we do love it for now! And I don’t think we’ll be able to afford an NV anytime soon. But I’ll keep you posted, Lynnea ๐Ÿ˜‰

It doesn’t look like it could seat anymore than six, are you certain? I need to go to Nissan and do a test drive ๐Ÿ™‚ That would be fun!

Uh…I’m thinking of a new t-shirt fundraiser for ya. How ’bout -RIDE- for the front and the back can say “Isaiah 58:14
…then you will find your joy in the LORD, and I will cause you to ride in triumph on the heights of the land and to feast on the inheritance of your father Jacob” After watching the video, I’m sold on it and we are a family of 3. ๐Ÿ˜‰

My 18 year old son works as a porter at the Nissan dealership. He doesn’t know a lot about cars. But, one thing he did notice and heard from all the mechanics…None of the drive a Nissan. They confessed they wouldn’t. I know nothing about them, but it really made me think about what the mechanics are driving….Still it looks great! And seats that many? Wow!

Very cool looking 12 seater SUV!!

I will say that when I had an XTerra, that thing drove like a truck. Bouncy, but not in a nice way. Although my cousin is a hardcore Nissan lover. It’s all she will drive. My hubs LOVE his Honda Pilot and I am very happy with my new Ford Escape, but then I don’t have to seat a herd of munchkins!!

    It certainly look AWESOME though!!

Just watched the video. We drive a Sprinter and I wouldn’t trade it at all. There is so much more headroom and cargo space in our Sprinter. The inside of the Nissan looked a lot like our Sprinter except that we can not remove all our seats easily (not that we would want to since we need them:-). The gas mileage for the Sprinter 16-17mpg city/18-19mpg hwy is great for such a large vehicle. Only hard part is remembering to keep an eye out for diesel gas stations. Have I convinced you your Sprinter is great yet:?:-)

Oh, we LOVE our Sprinter! It’s just that it only seats 10, and we’re working on getting an additional seat installed, but even with that, we won’t all fit. If we could get a vehicle that easily seats 12… well, it would be dreamy ๐Ÿ™‚
