goin’ big

Y’all are crazy.

Before we launched So Loved, I had no idea how many tees to order. But eventually, we did have to decide…

Do we play it safe?

Or do we go big?

With a knot in my stomach, but fully embracing the reality that we serve a mighty God, we went big.

We ordered 300 So Loved tees.

As of today, still pending 27 responses from folks who have donated but not requested their tees yet, we have fewer than 50 shirts left.

With two weeks to go.

Told ya. Y’all are CRAZY.

So, what to do?

Originally, the plan was to just give the tees out until So Loved was over, or until we ran out… whichever came first. Hoping we didn’t end up with 299 shirts.

And that would be that.

But here we are, not even halfway through, and we have run out of the classic L and XL, and we’re just a few shirts away from being out of the fitted S. And more than anything, I really, really want to be able to give a So Loved tee to everyone who donates $35 or more. At least everyone that wants one.

The alternative would be y’all getting a tee that isn’t just what you wanted, or doesn’t fit quite right. Or no tee at all. And that’s just really no good.

So we’re going to go big again. And reorder, trusting that He’ll provide through this. Which means you can get any size you want. But we won’t place the reorder until the fundraiser is over on May 2nd, so we get just the number of shirts we need. Because when So Loved is over, the shirts will be gone. It also means that, if you want a tee in a size we are out of, we will get it for you. You’ll just need to be patient. The reorder tees will probably ship about 4 weeks from now.

And the funnest part? We are adding kids tees to the line up. Sizes 4, 6, 8 and 10 to be exact. I ordered a few on a whim and begged our printer to squeeze the big, beautiful So Loved graphic onto a tiny tee for our girlies, especially Poppy and Esther. And amazingly, they turned out. Not only turned out, but are ridiculously cute.

Soooo, there will be lots of sizes to choose from. Women’s fitted sizes S, M, L and XL. Women’s classic sizes L, XL and 2XL. And kids sizes 4, 6, 8 and 10.

If you want a kids tee and you’ve already donated, but your tee hasn’t been mailed out (you should have received an email notification if it has), just contact me. Or, if you’ve already gotten your tee, and you would rather have a kids tee, or want a kids tee in addition, contact me. We do so want everyone to be happy. We so want this to be fun. And we hope you’ll keep in mind that this is a fundraiser. We’re just doin’ our best to bring our girls home.

Just posted numbers for those of you who have donated through the 16th. If you don’t see yourself listed, let me know. We have seriously been blown away by your support.

Y’all are crazy, I tell ya.

Well, it’s a good thing you are goin’ big again. Pay day isn’t here and according to FPU principles, I can’ order till I have the money in my hot little hands. So order away. I’m gonna spread the word this week on my blog, too. Now that I’m actually attempting to put blogging back into my routine. πŸ™‚

Would it be possible to order 2XL’s in the classic style shirt? I’d love one but there’s no way an XL would fit me! LOL

I’m still desperate to know if you will these shirts to Canada? Or if Canadians can even donate?

When I tried to donate the system wouldn’t let me go through without a US state?

And I need to donate twice, because the kiddies shirt is ridiculously cute and now I want one for both of us!!!!!

      Of course you can, Jill!
There have been several donations from Canada so far, so I’m not sure why it won’t go through?
I am happy to mail the shirts to you… Lilah Grace would be sooo darling in one, and so would her mama πŸ™‚
