Sunday Snapshot: {the job}

Y’all did such a great job trying to guess what Chris’ new job is.

And I now have the green light to share.

Soooooo, y’all ready?

Chris will be Manager of International Programs at Lifeline.

Yep, that Lifeline.

My hardworking, orphan-loving man will get to use his time, talent and resources to help the fatherless around the world.

We are still pinching ourselves.

He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness. You will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which through us will produce thanksgiving to God. — 2 Corinthians 9:10-11

If you’re ready to play along this week, visit here for the full scoop.

To link up this week with your Sunday Snapshot, just copy the code under the Snapshot button and paste it into the body of your post where you’d like the button to be displayed.

    I have been reading your blog for months. Your family is such a great inspiration to me. We just brought home our 10 yr. old son from China and Lifeline was our agency. I had to post because Lifeline is THE BEST! Hands down. We saw many other organizations represented in China and heard many stories and Lifeline had them all beat. We had no problems or hold ups (that were their fault) during the entire process. They prayed us through, answered every questioned, and put up with my new mommy craziness. What an exciting adventure for you all. Thank you for sharing your life through your blog. You encourage me more than you know!

    That is so exciting! Congratulations! The other night I was looking through all your china trips and it is funny, but at one point you had the same hair style as me and even a same shirt from Old Navy. It was a black shirt, v necked with flowers all over it and it tyed in the back. Thank you for have a side bar with all the trips. It made it easy to read through your journeys. It made me sad when I saw your little one have such a hard time with grieving and then have to go back to see the nanny and have to leave her again.
