I was supposed to be at a football game.Not sure if it's my fault or my husband's fault, but I got the time mixed up and ended up being impossibly late.So, we tried to make the best of the fact that me and my unshowered self would be staying in.The boys wanted to go to the football game with Chris.But the girls wanted to stay home with me.And a 'girls' night' was born.Complete with fancy glasses. Christmas tree hunt

My husband decided that today was the day.The day to get our Christmas tree.When I asked him where we were going to get said tree he replied matter-of-factly, "Down the road, at the Christmas Tree farm."Uh... huh? I didn't remember seeing any tree farm down the road.An hour later, kids bundled and ready for the Christmas tree hunt, he wasn't completely sure he'd remembered correctly.But there it was.
